GLOBAL WARMING PRESENTATION AT MOORESTOWN FRIENDS SCHOOL

 

An interactive presentation on global warming will take place at Moorestown Friends School on Monday, September 24.  Speaker Medard Gabel will address Upper School students at 11:30 a.m. and Middle School students at 1 p.m.; both assemblies will take place in the MFS Auditorium.

 

Medard Gabel is the CEO of BigPictureSmallWorld, a research and education company that produces simulations, games, and educational materials, and also consults with corporations, governments, organizations, and schools throughout the world. His most recent simulation, the Climate Change Game has been played in many places, including Paris, France and Penang, Malaysia.

 

Gabel is the author of six books on subjects ranging from the global food and energy situations to multinational corporations and planning. He runs a program each summer at the United Nations and UN International School where high school and college students develop solutions to global and local problems.
